  • 素材產出標準及字數
    1. 每篇文章以 1200～3500 字為預期字數。
    2. 一般稿件每字 0.8 - 1.0 元，緊急文件每字 1.0 – 1.2 元。
    3. 投稿語系以繁體中文為主。
    4. 英文稿件，須附上 300~500 字中文摘要。

 

  • 文稿授權
    1. 撰稿作者自行採訪、報導、編譯、撰寫之文章，以其為著作人並享有著作人格權及著作財產權，然須簽署「公眾授權貢獻同意書_20160615.odt / 公眾授權貢獻同意書_20160615.pdf （可簽署後單次紙本寄回、或先提供數位拍照檔後年末整批寄回）」，代表著作人同意將文章、附隨圖片及其他素材之著作財產權，採非專屬 (non-exclusive)、不可撤回 (irrevocable)、得再轉授權 (sublicensable) 之模式，提供開放文化基金會 (Open Culture Foundation, OCF) 嗣後進行任何目的之利用 (for any purpose)，包括但不限於以撰稿作者名義或開放文化基金會名義，依「創用 CC 姓名標示 各版本或擇一版本」向外進行散布。
    2. 若所提交文章之附隨圖片及其他素材之著作財產權非屬撰稿人所得處份，但亦為合法授權，撰稿作者可另行列示其原始著作權聲明、授權方式，及提供出處，並承諾擔保其與文章本身合併散布不會產生授權爭議或衝突，即可。

 

  • 素材文件格式
    1. 依照本頁面下列連結相關文件進行編譯，編譯文章名稱可自行調整。
    2. 圖片格式採用 jpg、png 檔，建議圖片寬度最小不小於 180px，最大不超過 500px，解析度為網頁專用即可，並註明圖片來源、圖片簡述，及授權方式。
    3. 圖片若為自行繪製，依其複雜與創作程度核予每圖 50 - 100 元。
